Processing/Shipping Timeframes
We aim to process your order within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe. Once your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email. Once it ships, we’ll send another email with all the details. Most shipments arrive in 1-4 days, but if you’re on the east or west coast, it could take up to 8 days since we ship via ground. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way!
Order Status
Want to check your order status? Simply create an account or log in . Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking info to update. If your order hasn’t arrived within 6 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us with your name and order number, and our team will review it and get back to you.

We’ve partnered with FedEx, to ensure your order gets to you reliably and efficiently. With their advanced tracking system, you can follow your package in real time. Your shipping confirmation email will include a FedEx tracking code, so you’ll always know when to expect your delivery. We’re committed to making sure your order arrives smoothly.

If you choose to reship an order after it has been delivered, it will be your responsibility. In such cases, we can’t offer returns or refunds. Thanks for understanding!
Domestic/International Shipping Rates
Right now, we’re delivering only within the continental United States. This means we’re not shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at the moment.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We’re unable to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO) or P.O. boxes at this time. Thanks for your understanding as we work to provide the best service possible.
